Walked in one morning to see Mireille who is the Director of the store, Mr. Kayam said? she is on vacation and was willing to answer all my questions and needs concerning glasses.In less than 5 minutes, he picked out the perfect glasses that suit me. Excellent customer service. It was my first time, my glasses broke and they have an "emergency" service to get glasses with lenses the same day. I was very well advised. I now plan to return to see them for my future purchases.I was served by Kayam from start to finish. I also observed the other staff members and they were all equally courteous.

I like to read customer reviews before making a transaction, but I rarely write them, only when the service is worthy of mention. I did business with Ms Mireille du Greiche and Scaff des Promenades St-Bruno for the purchase of my first pair of glasses. I've been there several times and I must admit that I procrastinated for a long time. Each time, she recognized me and each time, for the sake of professionalism, she took notes of our previous discussions. Ms. Mireille knows her job, is efficient and frank. The quality of the glasses is top as well as the frame style. We can trust this well-established team. Francis
