“I never ever write reviews but after my incredible experience today, I had to write one. I stopped in on a whim as I needed to color match for Jane Iredale makeup. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist at the front desk. She introduced herself and after I explained my reason for stopping in, she immediately informed me that would have Michele (owner) come out and assist me right away. After a short while, Michele came out, introduced herself and immediately went to assisting in makeup selections. She took the time to ask me what my specific makeup needs were, answered all my questions and made recommendations. She was extremely thorough throughout the whole process. It’s been years since I received this amount of time and undivided attention when purchasing makeup. You certainly don’t get this level of customer service from the main chain stores. It was a very pleasant experience and I will most definitely be back when in need of another replenishment. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’m considering scheduling a treatment as well. Not only is her space beautiful and relaxing, but the services (facials) are customized depending on how your skin is presenting when you show up for your appointment. You can certainly request a specific facial in advance, but Carmina personalizes the service with high-end/top quality products that leave your face feeling amazing.
