“I absolutely love Lisa's. I've been seeing my hair dresser, Celeste, for over a decade and I don't trust anyone else with my hair. I have lived in Phoenix for 3 years now but still only get my hair done when I come home to visit because I cannot find anyone as meticulous and caring. “My daughter wanted to do a "girls day" for her sweet 16, a few friends at the house, some shopping & dinner. I thought they would love to have a professional make up artist give them tips & tricks & beauty secrets to help make this day special for her. Roxy Jackson had great reviews locally & her work was gorgeous. She had small group make up lessons on her list of services so I took a chance. She was very communicative prior & answered all my questions (mostly about 15 & 16yr olds not having a ton of make up etc), she reassured me to have them bring what they had & she'd have whatever they needed to complete their looks. She was so thorough & taught them basic skin care (not coming from their moms they seemed to be really listening). She talked to them about a natural make up to enhance their own beauty. She even told them how gorgeous their freckles were & that you'd never wanna hide them. The girls learned about face shapes & skin tones & color palettes, order of applying skin care & make up, how to cover up a blemish or dark circles if theyve had a bad nights sleep. Roxy was so patient with these girls who got giggly after the sugar high from bday cake. The kids had a great time and it really was a personal experience catered just to them. They watched Roxy perform a technique & then they did the other side. It was a beautiful way to celebrate my daughter on her special day. They all felt like a million bucks taking selfies & going shopping & out for dinner!“
