“I never ever write reviews but after my incredible experience today, I had to write one. I stopped in on a whim as I needed to color match for Jane Iredale makeup. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist at the front desk. She introduced herself and after I explained my reason for stopping in, she immediately informed me that would have Michele (owner) come out and assist me right away. After a short while, Michele came out, introduced herself and immediately went to assisting in makeup selections. She took the time to ask me what my specific makeup needs were, answered all my questions and made recommendations. She was extremely thorough throughout the whole process. It’s been years since I received this amount of time and undivided attention when purchasing makeup. You certainly don’t get this level of customer service from the main chain stores. It was a very pleasant experience and I will most definitely be back when in need of another replenishment. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’m considering scheduling a treatment as well. “I used her makeup services for my wedding day, and I was completely blown away! I had already had my trial, so I knew how I would look, but her work on the mothers and bridesmaids was quick and spot on to their preferences as well. As someone who knows nothing about makeup, and barely had ideas for what I wanted, it was incredible to see Nath take my dress and venue and feelings, and turn them into a masterpiece. I still felt like myself, but polished and enhanced and SO romantic. And the lasting effects! My ceremony was at noon, Nath started at 6:30am, and ALL of us still looked perfect at midnight after crying and sweating all day. “I came in with over a foot of hair and I wanted it cut down because I was tired of it. I had no idea what I wanted then finally just said medium length with some extra on the top. Fully nervous I could barley watch.They ABSOLUTELY nailed it… I wouldn’t trust anybody else from now on. Highly suggest this salon.Services: Haircut“
