17 W State St # 1, Doylestown“I had tried a very different style of yoga at Sun Dog Yoga Studio for one of their Foundations of Yin Workshops.Yin Yoga is a meditation based slow-paced style of yoga where “postures are held for more extended periods- anywhere from one to five minutes.”I have tried so many different styles of workouts, and to be honest, yoga isn’t one of my favorites because I have such a hard time shutting my brain off and think of all the things I need to be doing. However, the day that I took this workshop, I had attended after already completing an hour of Barre and an hour of Pilates, so the long stretches felt absolutely incredible. Plus the instructor, Jess, did a fantastic job at walking us through everything in a way that kept my focus the entire time.It was wonderful to discover a form of yoga that worked with me, and I am excited to go back again in the future“

I contacted a few therapists but was having trouble fitting them into my schedule of endless doctors appointments and a full time job. Then I called Cathy. The first thing she said was “tell me your schedule so we can find something that is easy for you to fit in”. Immediately I knew that I found a therapist who really, truly cared about her patients and their well being!Cathy is very knowledgeable in the world of cancer, the human body, and also nutrition. All of this has been very helpful as I have worked to regain my physical and mental health since my diagnosis. In addition to helping me talk through and process my thoughts, she always has suggestions for exercises or food that could help a physical ailment. She also always remembers when I have scans and check in with me. Over the years she has proven to be the caring, considerate person that I talked to on that first phone call.I started feeling improvements after my first appointment with Cathy, and thanks to her guidance over the last few years, I now have my anxiety under control. She has also helped me maneuver several other major life events, in addition to helping me figure out how to rebuild a new and happy life. I honestly do not know how I would have survived the last 5 years without her. But here I am, happier than ever before. I can not recommend Cathy enough!!!“

They have a sauna, cafe, women's only section and a movie theatre complete with treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes. Ken is my favorite of the employees who work the front desk. Ken has an engaging and friendly personality. HE is the same nice person everytime I come here. I look forward to seeing Ken on Saturdays since he opens up if there is no one else to open up on Saturdays. He works Mon - Fri 4 am -12 noon. “LIFETIME Fort Washington is one of my daily stops throughout the week. I have been a member for almost three years.Their staff is super friendly, and the club is immaculate! There is no other gym that compares to what LIFETIME offers in the area! I utilize their cardio equipment and weights to keep my body in peak condition to climb and inspect roofs for my North Star Roofing clients on a daily basis. They have great hours, and there is nothing better than finishing a long day in their dry sauna before a shower with complementary towel service. It truly is an incredible experience, and I am beyond thankful this brand expanded into Southeastern Pennsylvania when they did. Always an A+ experience!“
