“Attended a kids birthday party here with my daughter. It was different but I liked it and my daughter loved it. Very big inside. There's a separate party room. Very clean inside and for a place that everyone has to take their shoes off, it does not smell at all. I recommend it.“

“I joined because it’s 24 hours. Most gyms are closed when I get off of work. It is great for my schedule, and it’s nearby. I like the selection of free weights, and weight machines. Variety of cardio equipment. I asked my Wife to join, and later we signed up together. She loves it, and referred her friend. The staff is great, and the members. I highly recommend this location. Come join us. Health is wealth.“

“This place is hands down the best. I was a complete novice having never been to a gym. My trainer Zack was amazing at removing any anxiety and doubts while educating me on the how’s and why’s. He tailored the workout programs to fit my personal needs and goals and always seemed to know the right thing to say to keep me motivated. I only stopped due to work travel and plan on returning once able to. Worth every penny and then some. I can’t thank them enough.“

“Brandon is the best personal trainer that you will ever find. I had done training at a different private studio for months in the nearby area, but I only realized how poor that quality was until I came here and experienced true excellence in personal training. Aside from being very friendly and approachable, Brandon has a wealth of knowledge. Brandon gives a great work out, while also giving you knowledge that helps facilitate a safe and productive workout - skills that can last a lifetime if you are able to listen and learn. I am grateful to have found this facility, and will recommend it to all!“

“Amazing gym and awesome workout! Definitely challenging, but suitable for all levels. I started taking classes while in a boot with a broken foot, and was given modifications so that I was still able to get great workouts in. Matt, Pat, and all the instructors are amazing. You don't get the feeling that they are trying to nickel and dime you, but rather that they really want to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Love both locations. Definitely give it a try.“

“I've been going to Jaime since early 2021 and I actually look forward to 7a workouts now! Jamie trains me twice a week and for the first time in 40 years, I've now realized how important weight training is and how good you feel doing it. She creates my session just for me, I feel so much stronger and love it. It's an atmosphere where all the trainers know each other and make it fun while working out - it's a great community. I've been to classes as well and the group size is just right and they give you modifications if you need them. It's a good group of clientele who like to have a good time while working out. Jamie and Jimmy are a local neighborhood family who love being in fairmount and their new space next to the post office is perfect for personal training and classes.“

“I’ve been attending James Webb’s Fitness for over a year now and I’m hooked! I am 66 with no prior weight training experience and I’ve been delighted at how much stronger and more toned I have become. James is knowledgeable and professional and makes sure that I am not only stronger but that I am maintaining balance as I age. When I started, I was surprised at how much weaker my non-dominant side was so bringing my body into balance is key. James keeps it interesting and changes up the exercises and the muscle groups so that it all stays fresh. There are many advantages to having a private instructor. The goals are tailored to the individual but you also get explicit instructions so that it’s done correctly and without injury. As a senior, this is invaluable. James Webb is great! If I had one complaint it would be why did I wait so long!“

“I started with Pro Q about 10 months ago, focused exclusively on training to improve flexibility/endurance for golf. Joe has introduced a number of different exercises and techniques and is constantly searching for new ideas to incorporate. I couldn't be more pleased with the results to date and going forward. Joe has made a believer out of me and I would refer him to anyone seeking training for general fitness or more specific objectives/goals, i.e. golf.“

I use to dread going to the gym and viewed it as a chore but since switching to Steelworks it’s been fresh and exciting. Everyday holds something different. “Launchpad Fitness changed my life! I have never been a big fitness/workout person, but I heard about it through a friend and decided to try a class. The first class is free -- so why not?It was amazing! The workout is challenging but the instructors offer lots of versions of each move so you can pick the level of difficulty that's right for you. I started coming every week, and I have turned into a fitness JUNKIE.I don't recognize myself. I used to hate push ups and burpees and wall sits, but now I LOVE them. I used to have neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy and had to do boring exercises that I loathed. I don't have pain anymore because I have developed so much strength from going to Launchpad fitness, and it's really fun.It's a small gym so it's really about community and relationships. The instructors are really personal and caring. I see the same people in classes every week, and now they are my friends. We all cheer each other on, groan together, and support each other.The first time I missed a class after going for a few weeks in a row, Kelly sent me a message asking if I was ok. I let her know I was sick, and she offered to run to the pharmacy and get me anything if I needed it.One time, I showed up to class after a rough day, and Tamara hugged me while I cried and helped me use my work out as an emotional release.It's not just a business; it's a family.
