Love this place! Kathy & Bruce really know their products and truly care about the well-being of their clients. The shakes and teas are out of this world and the occasional baked goods are to die for! Danielle and Mars are so so so supportive and I wouldn't be on my weight loss journey (and doing amazing) without my sister in law bringing me here. I highly recommend

The best place to go in the Aston area for healthy shakes and daily energy! The atmosphere is so welcoming, you never want to leave. The creative meal replacement shakes are so delicious and the energy drinks are also flavorful and keeps you going to complete any workout or daily routines without crashing!! Good people, good drinks, good vibes! Just a good place overall!
