“This place is hands down the best. I was a complete novice having never been to a gym. My trainer Zack was amazing at removing any anxiety and doubts while educating me on the how’s and why’s. He tailored the workout programs to fit my personal needs and goals and always seemed to know the right thing to say to keep me motivated. I only stopped due to work travel and plan on returning once able to. Worth every penny and then some. I can’t thank them enough.“

“I joined G-Strength a couple of months ago, slightly apprehensive because I've never done strength training and was not sure that I fit into a "gym environment." G-Strength has been a fantastic addition to my workout routine. I've mostly worked with Daniel, but all the trainers have been wonderful. I really appreciate how the trainers consistently meet me where I'm at while still finding ways to push me and add on an extra challenge. “Brandon is the best personal trainer that you will ever find. I had done training at a different private studio for months in the nearby area, but I only realized how poor that quality was until I came here and experienced true excellence in personal training. Aside from being very friendly and approachable, Brandon has a wealth of knowledge. Brandon gives a great work out, while also giving you knowledge that helps facilitate a safe and productive workout - skills that can last a lifetime if you are able to listen and learn. “Ashley has been one my one constant over the last five years. We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day. I cannot recommend her enough as a skilled, supportive trainer and thoughtful, incredible coach to have as you navigate motherhood and life.“

“Amazing gym and awesome workout! Definitely challenging, but suitable for all levels. I started taking classes while in a boot with a broken foot, and was given modifications so that I was still able to get great workouts in. Matt, Pat, and all the instructors are amazing. You don't get the feeling that they are trying to nickel and dime you, but rather that they really want to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Love both locations. Definitely give it a try.“

“I have been going to steelworks for a few months now and i have loved my experience so far. The coaches have all been great, the sense of community between the other gym goers has been amazing as well. I use to dread going to the gym and viewed it as a chore but since switching to Steelworks it’s been fresh and exciting. Everyday holds something different. They push you to be better than yesterday and use fun and creative different exercises. I have loved my experience so far and would recommend this place to anyone!“

“I found MaxxaFit to be a well rounded fitness program that encompasses strength training, cardio, balance and dynamic stretching. The instructor is very informative, encouraging and open to questions! Each 30 minute session consists of a 3-minute warm-up, 6-minute high intensity circuits (x4) and ending with a 3-minute ab circuit. The workouts are great for all experience levels as modifications are demonstrated for increased or decreased resistance ?“

“Where do I start?! FitMoms is the perfect combination of intense workouts and fun. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable in health and wellness. I reached my goal weight in under a year and my body looks better than it did before I had a baby! Every class is full of positive energy and encouragement from the trainers and ladies. “My wife started to going to Corefit back when we first started dating and got me to tag along to a few of their workout classes at the Art Museum steps. I was not a big fan of working out but with Corefit I started to enjoy it because they made it fun and it felt like you were part of a community. My wife and I continued to be involved with them for many years to come. Fast Forward to 2020 we were looking to workout but in a safe way due to the pandemic. One of the Owners/Trainers Lauren Krinis started to give us a private workout once a week. She was great at coming up with new exercises and also providing modifications for exercises if something was too difficult or if your back was bothering you that day and you did not want to hurt it.For my wife and I's third wedding anniversary I wanted to do something that my wife and I enjoy doing but haven't done in a while which is work out with Lauren. The third anniversary gift is leather. So I told Lauren that I was going to purchase a leather medicine ball to incorporate in the workout. She loved the idea and helped me pick out the right weight and she planned our workout around it. She once again went above and beyond by having us finish the workout by running a lap around the track and then when we came back she had our wedding song playing and a bottle of Champagne to celebrate. It is the personal touches like this that make a company like Corefit stand out, they really do treat their clients not as clients but as family!If you are looking to get involved in working out I can not recommend Corefit enough! They are always doing fun things to make working out not feel like a chore but something you enjoy doing while having fun. They are always planning fun events like a slip-n-slide boot camp, BYOP (bring your own pumpkin) boot camp, beach boot camp, and many others.“
