Variety of cardio equipment. I asked my Wife to join, and later we signed up together. She loves it, and referred her friend. The staff is great, and the members. I highly recommend this location. “This is an amazing gym with excellent equipments. I've been working with Zack since May 2024 and he is simply amazing. He is good at communication, super friendly and knowledgeable, and is a wonderful person overall. He provides the most honest and trustworthy information to the client that I simply believe in whatever he teaches me. I learned so much about not only weightlifting and muscle-building skills but also nutrition and fitness in general. “I've been going to Jaime since early 2021 and I actually look forward to 7a workouts now! Jamie trains me twice a week and for the first time in 40 years, I've now realized how important weight training is and how good you feel doing it. She creates my session just for me, I feel so much stronger and love it. It's an atmosphere where all the trainers know each other and make it fun while working out - it's a great community. I've been to classes as well and the group size is just right and they give you modifications if you need them. It's a good group of clientele who like to have a good time while working out. Jamie and Jimmy are a local neighborhood family who love being in fairmount and their new space next to the post office is perfect for personal training and classes.“

“PIT is the best exercise class I have found. I started almost two years ago when I was really out of shape and the instructors made me feel very comfortable. The classes are fun and the instructors are welcoming. For the past two years I have been working out more consistently than I have since high school and that is mostly thanks to PIT for getting me in shape and providing the opportunity to increase difficulty in workouts accordingly. “The PAC is been a great gym and facility. However, what differs from this place and other great gyms is the family atmosphere and camaraderie. About a month ago I lost my mother to cancer. In the days that followed, the owner, Matt personally called me to give his condolences. An employee, Linda, purchased a card and had members who knew me sign it. A group of ladies who worked there who also happened to work at the ER my mother was rushed to also gave me a card as well. This gym is unique and special and I am proud to say I am a member“
