I’m really enjoying the variety of exercises and the level of instruction/help with form and adaptation suggestions! I’ve been intimidated by weight training before but these classes have been wonderful!
One of best workout studios in the area! Classes are fun & motivating. Coaches are great - friendly & approachable. There is a great range of workout ability so you aren't intimidated by what others can do!
F45 is the ONLY workout I enjoy. Its fast paced and the instructors are amazing. Its group and personal training combined. I actually miss working out when I am not at F45. That's a first because I hate working out but F45 has changed that.
