“As a beginner in yoga, I was apprehensive about starting something out of my comfort zone. I'm 58, portly, and non athletic. This place is so warm (no pun intended) and inviting. A no judgment zone where anyone can do as much or as little as you can. The fellow yogis are delightful and come from all walks of life. If in doubt, try it. After about 6 classes, I feel like I really want this in my life. Results are noticeable quickly. Yin yoga on Wednesday night is a fantastic starting point for any beginner.“

“Dr. Kelli is wonderful. Anyone who is reluctant (as I was) to see a chiropractor, you won't regret it once you leave their office. She listened and was receptive to my concerns.
