As a beginner in yoga, I was apprehensive about starting something out of my comfort zone. I'm 58, portly, and non athletic. This place is so warm (no pun intended) and inviting. A no judgment zone where anyone can do as much or as little as you can. The fellow yogis are delightful and come from all walks of life. If in doubt, try it. After about 6 classes, I feel like I really want this in my life. Results are noticeable quickly. Yin yoga on Wednesday night is a fantastic starting point for any beginner.

So, it's officially been a year since I started coming to classes at the West Deptford location. I was looking for something new to learn and challenge myself, and I had never been a fan of yoga. Everyone at this studio changed that for me. The teachers are amazing, and Amy is the most thoughtful owner.I wasn't necessarily nervous to try the studio, but part of me dreaded it because I was always into quick moving sports, lifting and lots of running. Started my yoga journey here and I honestly never plan on leaving..they’re stuck with me!!! lol from the very first class I took I felt welcome and at home. I never felt embarassed or uncomfortable even when I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. Every instructor they have is special in their own way and I feel like I learn something new each class, Push myself a little further, believe in myself a little bit more , and just genuinely enjoy every experience I have here. Now I’m there 5 times a week and some days I even go twice if there is a special class I want to take in the evening lol 100 percent would recommend to anyone! ✌?❤️?️
