“I just finished my first week unlimited trial at Blue Butterfly and would give this studio a 10/10 if i could. All the teachers are amazing as well as the classes. I had never done Bikram before and am now addicted. My back and neck pain was fully gone by the second day of practicing and my body just feels so strong and healthy. One teacher told me the hot yoga practice is really good for inflammation and detoxification and I definitely feel that. I was having side pain that my other doctors could not identify even with X-rays and CT scans. My son was working with Dr.Kelli and I deciding to see if she could offer any suggestions.
