“David Wickes has done many projects, large and small, around our house. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

His work was for an insurance claim I had made for a damaged and leaking roof. His estimate was right in line with the insurance adjuster's estimate. “We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. We will start addressing all MMP's recommendations and we hope this will finally solve our water leak issues. As of now, we definitely recommend MMP!“

“ServiceMaster By Artec is absolutely the company that I would recommend to anyone in need of restoration work. I had a plumbing issue that led to a much larger issue. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.“

We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. She answered all of my questions and, due to our scheduling conflict, sent out Shannon and Mark on Tuesday.They took care of everything; moving stuff, removing carpet and contaminated items, cleaning, and air filtration!
