The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. We will start addressing all MMP's recommendations and we hope this will finally solve our water leak issues. As of now, we definitely recommend MMP!“

They guided me through this confusing process. Chris was the crew boss on my job for the demo. He ran a tight ship with his crew. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. “Highly recommend these folks. A very big undertaking in a unique, old house where the initial ask was to take down the drop ceiling, install a new ceiling, and paint. They were very accommodating with a last minute ask of demo and replacing/ reconstructing drywall to better accommodate cabinetry, found a few areas where the previous owners cut corners (thereby exposing safety risks) and addressed them! Previously, the main bedroom area looked sad (like a bed in an old office because of the dropped ceiling) now this room is so beautiful, I feel the house has been significantly upgraded, and I am so proud to walk people through this area.“

“David Wickes has done many projects, large and small, around our house. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“
