“My day was Blessed after Troy from Restoration Partners came with his associate. I saw mold forming on the bottom of one of my basement walls and immediately panicked as I had a major issue with mold in my basement after two flooding issues previously. I was preparing myself for the worst expecting to hear that major demolishing would be needed and the mold was even more severe than I imagined.To my surprise I was informed by Troy after his inspection that my walls were dry and the mold was just on the surface. Hearing that was enough to Bless me but I was Blessed even further. Troy assured me no demolishing was necessary. He went to his truck and came back with a solution that he and his associate sprayed on my wall and just like that the mold was gone.What drew me to Restoration Partners was a review that I read prior to calling them. In the review the word TRUSTWORTHY was used to describe the experience of one of their customers. “Very helpful from first contact on the phone with Lauren. She got their people who were already in my area to come out for an inspection. Got a verbal estimate quickly, and set up a time for the repair. Work proceeded promptly by Cynthia and Francesco, who explained what they were going to do, and did it thoroughly. They meticulously inventoried the damaged items, and provided a listing as well as over 100 pictures. After the work was completed, the invoice was actually LESS than the estimate! How often does that happen?As a very satisfied customer, I would call them again, without reservation , if i had the misfortune to need their services. Highly recommended!“

I recently had the roof of my house collapse under a mountain of snow and ice, resulting in many thousands of dollars in interior damage from water and debris -- sopping wet drywall and insulation, cracked ceilings, personal items and clothing destroyed or soiled, and more. It was traumatic to say the least.Having used SERVPRO successfully many years ago, my first call was to SERVPRO of Manayunk and Chestnut Hill. Essentially, they saved me from completely losing it.Right from the start, Paula Wagner and her mitigation team, and Juan Dejesus and his reconstruction team worked closely with me to get my home back in shape. They were empathetic, efficient, effective, exceedingly thorough with an eye for detail and focused on my needs, all with professionalism and good humor. “We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. We will start addressing all MMP's recommendations and we hope this will finally solve our water leak issues. As of now, we definitely recommend MMP!“
