A DiFilippo technician arrived promptly at 8 AM and diagnosed the problem. I expressed interest in replacing my old furnace/air conditioning unit. By noon that same day, the owner of the company came to my home to take measurements and assess the required capacity. He returned in a couple of hours to personally deliver and explain a very professionally bound proposal. What particularly wowed me was that he brought a temporary replacement motor to install in my air conditioning unit pending the installation of the new system. By 3 pm, I had air-conditioning!

“Priority Comfort went ABOVE and BEYOND there typical stellar service. I had a 40+ yr old in wall a/c unit that finally kicked the bucket. There are not many professional HVAC contractors who handle this type of installation and it wasn't typical for Priority Comfort as well. However with out missing a beat Paula immediately said hey let us take a look, to see what it entails, they did and their installers turned the job around in about 48 hours which included waiting on delivery of a new unit, a couple minor adaptations where needed as the newer systems are sized slightly different that did stop PC they adapted and customized where needed.
