He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“In Sept 2023, Mark & Mark Jr came out to do an annual service check on my really ancient-but-reliable gas hot water heating system. My previous heating guy had retired earlier this year & after asking around a bit, someone mentioned Link Heating & Cooling. “Today’s service tech was Enrique Perez. It was his first time here, and he was very cordial and appeared very knowledgeable with our furnace. He went through and proceeded to do all the testing that’s required to make sure the unit was running and functioning properly, which it was, he was also conscientious of the home furnishings in the surroundings and put plastic covers over his shoes which were wet from the outside rain.
