“We just had our roof completed by Bernie Staub Roofing. They did a fantastic job all around from the communication, estimate process, workmanship, and clean up. Their price was better than the other 5 companies that bid on our project and unlike the others, they didn't charge extra for a transferable warranty. According to owner Bernie Staub, the warranty is automatically transferable and charging extra for it is just not right.
