“They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

“We sent Cooper to training because at 21 months old, he still hadn’t settled down at all. He had so much energy and was constantly getting into everything. He just never stopped! He came back from STAT K9 Training after 2 weeks and he was a different dog! He listens! He actually relaxes! He walks extremely well on a leash! He no longer makes our home chaotic! Bark U is a beautiful facility full of friendly faces who clearly take into account what each dog needs while they’re with them. The add on offerings are great, he loves the splash pad so much and it’s really fun to get to see pictures of his day.

I feel very safe leaving our boy in the care of the bark u staff and even drive 45 minutes each way to drop off and pick up, when there are other options much closer. Taking into account having to get on the turnpike at rush hour should tell you all you need to know! Worth every moment spent in traffic so our boy gets to have a fun day at bark u! Enjoy a picture of the aftermath - asleep in the car before I get out of the parking lot!“

“We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!“

“I love HPI! The customer service is great and the staff will answer any question you have. Everyone who works there is personable and truly loves animals. The place is small and they cap their capacity so I know my pets get as much attention as possible. They take the dogs outside one at a time, so you know your pet is getting the care they need. It's also super clean. The dogs and cats stay in separate, temperature controlled facilities. If there's an emergency, the vet is only feet away. You won't find a better boarding facility!!“

I deal with and service groomers in 3 states and she's one of the best groomers I have ever known. Her kennels are well taken care of and she knows her business. “dr. Ravi accommodated a new patient at the drop of a hat. He checked her thoroughly and lovingly, being sure to note everything in her records. He is indispensable for TNR and rescued cats. I recognize him from when I used to bring ferals for vetting when he was at the SPCA in Philly. I just found out the beautiful mural of the Vet across from the SPCA is him! Dr Ravi is a great man and a wonderful vet!“

“Sanmann Kennels has been "home away from home" for our various dogs since 1991. Prefer Sanmann over many others tried. When my husband and I first moved to the area in 1990, we placed our golden retriever, Kate, in different kennels. She came home stressed and unhappy or, in the worst situation, ill. Then we found Sanmann. She was a happy, healthy girl on every stay. Used them since for our next four goldens - all with good result.“
