I love HPI! The customer service is great and the staff will answer any question you have. Everyone who works there is personable and truly loves animals. The place is small and they cap their capacity so I know my pets get as much attention as possible. They take the dogs outside one at a time, so you know your pet is getting the care they need. It's also super clean. The dogs and cats stay in separate, temperature controlled facilities. If there's an emergency, the vet is only feet away. You won't find a better boarding facility!!

I had to leave my baby (cat) for 2 weeks and was so nervous about leaving him anywhere but Hickory Inn really took care of him and emailed me with updates whenever I asked. They took wonderful care of my little angel and I highly recommend! The whole team was so nice and I could tell they cared a lot about our little furry friends. Thank you! <3

I have a larger puppy Bernese and he’s sometimes anxious. They were so good with him and kind. He looked fabulous. They gave him the entire royal treatment and took great care of him. They know how to work well with animals and are very careful and attentive.
