This place is horrible! The business is disorganized and filthy. I scheduled a nail trim appointment for my dog online for a Friday at 4:30pm. They emailed to confirm this date and time. I arrived there and was told that the groomer leaves at noon. I asked why they would have those appointments available online and even CONFIRM them if this was the case. The guy at the desk booked me for 8:30am Monday morning. We got there that morning and my dog, who always wants to go everywhere, was digging in as we approached the door- he did NOT want to go in. I was referred to Paws-itively Healthy from a friend and I have to say I was uneasy going in because the place seemed dirty, dark and dreadful so I sat in the parking lot for 3.5 hours even though I was told it would take 2 hours. I should have went with my gut feeling his groom was horrible. He stilled looked dirty and uncut they did groom his body but not his face, snout, ears, tail and legs. He looks ridiculous and I will now have to go to another groomer to get his cut fix. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place.

To be fair, I walked out before my cats were groomed. The place wouldn't let me see where the grooming was being done or talk to the groomer. I looked in when she opened the door and it was dark with cages lining the floor. When I said that I didn't feel comfortable she gave me my cats back and didn't ask me why and I left.
