“First, the initial phone call was answered with the caring and professionalism that I wish was commonplace, but all too often is missing. I immediately knew I was in good hands. David G texted when he was on his way and from the moment he entered the house, his professionalism and caring was displayed. I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. Clearing the clog was easy, and he presented me with some fixes that would shut down the system if a clog happened in the future (These should have been done with the original installation but were not). “Al was a lifesaver! Had a section of radiant baseboard heating that I needed fixed, and Al was able to get out to me within 2 days, repaired the section of heating, ran water through, confirmed everything was ship shape, and he was back out all within an hour.

Extremely knowledgeable, taught me how to maintain my radiant baseboard heating, boiler, hot water feeds, and generally left me a more prepared and knowledgeable homeowner. He was able to apply a simple and cost effective fix to our older exterior unit and now our AC is blowing better than anytime since we purchased our house 9 years ago. This was also after a larger company’s tech told my wife we needed an entire replacement of both systems and sent a salesman to grease me up before a quote that was about 175% the average price in my neighborhood.

Dave came and showed me the wiring issue. The other tech would’ve absolutely seen the frayed wire, as it was visible as soon as the cover was off.

“Priority Comfort went ABOVE and BEYOND there typical stellar service. I had a 40+ yr old in wall a/c unit that finally kicked the bucket. There are not many professional HVAC contractors who handle this type of installation and it wasn't typical for Priority Comfort as well. However with out missing a beat Paula immediately said hey let us take a look, to see what it entails, they did and their installers turned the job around in about 48 hours which included waiting on delivery of a new unit, a couple minor adaptations where needed as the newer systems are sized slightly different that did stop PC they adapted and customized where needed.
