Mark, the technician, installed an air cleaner. There was a possible concern and he came back out and installed a new one. The service was excellent. Mark was very personable. The price on the unit was practically predatory it was so good. I highly recommend them. Good price, good service and personable, what more could you want?
I had an emergency with a tank alarm in my basement going off and water leaking out. I wanted a local company so as not to be charged for long travel time and Hager squeezed me into their schedule the same day. Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. Thank you again!
Our A/C went down on a hot day, Adam came out the same day, found the problem and had it up and running in less than an hour. This company cares about their customers and it shows. Excellent service!
