“Advanced Comfort was out for winter preventative maintenance and cleaning. We had a slight issue with the system, the oil tank valve was left shut by the technician, which caused a malfunction with our system. There was some miscommunication between us which led to some dissatisfaction. The company reached out and made the situation right within a half hour of us contacting them.
