Josh Vrolyk was very knowledgable and took all our questions in stride. He was thorough in checking the system and with his explanation of what needs to be done and what can be done to improve our systems. Our overall experience was very positive and we are happy to now have Vertex as our go to company for our geo thermal system maintenance.

Excellent workmanship. Very efficient. Very professional. Cleaned up well after finished. Steve, Alex and Jimmy worked well together and displayed a good working relationship. They installed a Bosch 20 Seer Inverter Heat Pump, air handler and LG Heat Pump Water Heater all in one day.

So far so good with this company. Seems like a larger company with a small company feel which is important to me as a business owner. We had a new home built, so alot of moving parts. Vertex did a great job with the install. They came out for a follow up to go through the system with me which was very helpful. Happy to recommend this company for new builds, replacement systems and system maintenance.
