Great customer service, excellent technical expertise, honest assessment with fair pricing!! I am so glad I called them! My heater was fixed within hours! First I want to confess that I was in long term relationship with another company which soured rather quickly when they decided to outsource their service contracts. So I decided I was going to try another company; I had seen their trucks driving around the neighborhoods. I really tried to make this one work... but I don't think it will after two years.I actually called Advanced Comfort Specialists just to get another estimate to replace my furnace. Called in about my AC unit not turning on and they sent out a technician within an hour or 2. Don was very knowledgeable and courteous and took care of the issue. Felt the charges were very reasonable and service was great. Will definitely use ACS in the future. Thank you!

I highly recommend Advanced Comfort Specialists. I reached out yesterday evening because my furnace was backfiring & shaking the entire house when it would first ignite. The owner, Chad was awesome & asked if I wanted a technician to come to my home that night, but I told him it could wait. Their office manager calledme first thing in the morning & had me scheduled for a service visit by noon! My service technician, Don was on time, courteous, professional & personable. Don was excellent, he diagnosed the issue, fixed my furnace and had the heat back on in about an hour.
