It’s my primary residence and I have invested a lot in interior renovations, so I was looking for great roofing company who specialize only on roofing as I believe specialized companies are better in what they doing. Alex have explained to me all my option, product he is going to use and lifetime of the product. He also provided fair price. After analyzing 2 other estimates, I hired DreamLine Roofing to replace flat roof at my duplex. Team did the fantastic job. They fixed other issue with gutter and vent. “We just had our roof completed by Bernie Staub Roofing. They did a fantastic job all around from the communication, estimate process, workmanship, and clean up. Their price was better than the other 5 companies that bid on our project and unlike the others, they didn't charge extra for a transferable warranty. According to owner Bernie Staub, the warranty is automatically transferable and charging extra for it is just not right. Bernie was totally involved throughout the whole process from personally answering the phone when we initially inquired, coming out to talk to us, providing the estimate, and supervising the work. He kept us apprised of a starting date as the weather was not conducive to roof work for over a month. He genuinely cares about the quality of the work as he puts his name and reputation behind it. It is personal to him. He also doesn't rush the job as he wants it done right with a thorough clean up. His personal involvement was extremely important to us. He has been in business for 34 years and we found him to be a truly honest business person and just a really, really nice guy. It was so refreshing to do business with someone like him. “I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. He was very fast to get to my property to provide an estimate and gave me a fair price. He came with two other guys and replaced two asphalt roofs, slate repairs, added caps to some peaks, waterproofed a bilco door, and cleaned gutters - all in about 5hrs! My wife and I recently bought a 95 year old home and were a bit overwhelmed by the recommendations listed on the inspection report. He measured out the job, and showed me all of my options and what the cost would be. Everything was clearly laid out in the contract and we set up a date.
