Perry is straight up honest and clear in communication. We had been talking to another roofer and just wanted Perry for second opinion/ quote to compare but once we met him it was an instant decision to continue with Built to last! We are both working and don’t have experience dealing with contractors so we don’t want someone to oversell and be pushy, Perry was professional and made us feel heard and comfortable. Team was quick to finish the job .

Built 2 Last did a great job fixing our siding. Perry gave us a fair price and was very accurate as to what needed to be done and how long it would take. His crew was efficient and cleaned up all debris. I would definitely use Built 2 Last again and would highly recommend them.

This company is very professional. Not only they do great work, but also are easy to reach, and appointments are on point. They identified and fixed counter flashing issue on my roof while doing regular gutter cleaning.
