I just had John M. here getting a few things re-configured with both sump pumps. I was almost sad when he finished up and had to get back to the shop. Everyone that’s come to my house has been knowledgeable and professional. They are the type of people who you want back in your home just to talk to. The owner took his own time to talk to me and help out as well. Megan, who schedules and coordinates the appointments, is always amazing and patient. “Advanced Comfort was out for winter preventative maintenance and cleaning. We had a slight issue with the system, the oil tank valve was left shut by the technician, which caused a malfunction with our system. There was some miscommunication between us which led to some dissatisfaction. The company reached out and made the situation right within a half hour of us contacting them. “On Friday July 5th, we had a new HVAC system installed. It wasn't working properly over the weekend, so we had to put in a service call.
The service tech, Mel Perez, told us that he was booked full, but would try and squeeze us in. Mel arrived around 5 PM and quickly figured out what the issue was. Mel replaced and reprogrammed our thermostat, added a little more refrigerant, and we were up and running again.
We really appreciate the quick and courteous service. Mel was very professional and knowledgeable about th unit. He really went out of his way to make things right. I hope his supervisors see this review and appreciate his hard work and dedication.
