“Prior to coming to Premier, I used two other well-known services in the York County area. The first did not make decent glasses and did not uphold warranty very well. “I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence for years. Yesterday, I stopped by the office to have my glasses repaired. I handed them over to a member of the staff, and spoke to one of the other employees regarding a scratch on the lens. While she was looking to see if my warranty coverage was still in place, the glasses were handed back to me, fixed, my new lenses were ordered and an appointment was set up. All in less than 10 minutes. The Wynter Brooke staff are very helpful and offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.“
