We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day. Jamie trains me twice a week and for the first time in 40 years, I've now realized how important weight training is and how good you feel doing it. I've been to classes as well and the group size is just right and they give you modifications if you need them. It's a good group of clientele who like to have a good time while working out. “PIT is the best exercise class I have found. I started almost two years ago when I was really out of shape and the instructors made me feel very comfortable. “The outdoor bootcamps at the Art Museum are the best! The trainers Gina, Debby, Cindy, and Lauren are so welcoming and motivating. Every workout is different so you'll never get bored. The workouts are challenging but appropriate for all fitness levels. Plus the fresh air and view makes it even better. They also have virtual classes everyday which seem to be a big hit.
