“The entire staff at Alburtis Animal Hospital is exceptional. I called for an appointment for an issue with Kimber's ear. Scheduling an appointment could not have been easier and Kimber was seen in a timely manner. The technician was professional and asked questions related to our visit. Dr. Klemp was very thorough examining Kimber. Dr. Klemp cleaned Kimbers ears and prescribed treatment. One week later, I received a follow up call from the office asking how Kimber was doing. From the early onset of her allergies, he was always dedicated to tailoring the perfect combination of allergy serum and medications to alleviate her itching. When Violet battled chronic ear infections, Dr. Palmiero recommended a surgical solution, removing her ear canal, which significantly improved her overall health.Though our sweet Violet has recently passed, I am eternally grateful for Dr. P's expertise and compassionate care. “We've had such great experiences at Maple Hills. Dr. Tyler is great - He takes the time to hear our concerns and throroughly explain everything. We've been there for both our dog and exotic (gerbil) and they were great and treated both equally. We also like that they have boarding and doggie daycare on site and that they're extremely easy to schedule with.“

“I’ve been bringing my babies Rosie and Luna here for about maybe two or three years now, and must I say this place and the workers are truly amazing , I’ve been helped numerous times with both of my girls and the assistants here are truly kind souls and so are the doctors, their always gentle with my girls, dr. Paul and dr.Gretchen have helped my girls so many times and put my cat mom stressors at ease, I really don’t know what I would do if this place wasn’t here, I will never bring my girls anywhere else unless I really have too, the fact this place specifically is for cats only makes me content ??, yes no vet visit is cheap but I’ll always bring my babies here for as long as they live, Rosie ( calico )and Luna ( tuxedo) love Allentown kitty clinic !!! “Can't speak highly enough about Dr. Gruber and the staff at Country Doctor Vet. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Gruber is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, often emailing me off hours and fitting us in for an appointment whenever she can. We have an elderly cat that is seen pretty often, and I know he is in the best hands with Dr. Gruber. She provides thorough explanations and tries to find effective but cost friendly treatment options whenever possible while also surprising us by wishing us well with our new baby even after months go by between visits. With the number of patients she likely sees in a given month, remembering those details makes our visits feel a lot more personal. We feel very lucky to have found such a great vet so close to home!“

I can not say enough about how they took care of my pup for six years until I had to rush her in on aTuesday night to find out she had a mass on her spleen. It's been hard to get my other pups in the last two months and have waited on hold for over five minutes which is why I have given only four stars.“

“Had a very nice experience here. From being greeted as we came in, until check out. There were calming towels you could take to place over your fur babies or their cages to help them calm down. “Integrity is doing right — even with no one around to witness it. This practice had a prime opportunity to perform work that wasn't necessary, as I had explicitly (and ignorantly) requested it! Instead, I was gently informed during the diagnostic phase that the full procedure would not be necessary after all, and ended up saving a ton of money. This is not typical of most of my experiences with vets and demonstrates a deeper respect for both the patient and patient's caretaker than I expected. Furthermore, Dr. Freeby managed to convey more empathy in a single 10-minute meeting than all of my previous vets combined over hours. Anecdotal, sure, but it was impactful to me, for what that's worth. Thank you to all of those who were involved with Pixel's appointment.“
