My dog suffers from allergies, and I didn't know where to turn after numerous vet visits and homeopathic treatments. I researched this facility, called, set up an appointment, and the rest was history. Even with the initial phone call, I discussed what my dog was experiencing, and the vet was very transparent with the next steps and how much it would cost. After allergen testing, my dog receives injections at home. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable, always willing to spend time during a phone call or even reviewing photos sent in an email. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs treatment for their pets!

Highly recommend! I had a 6 month wait to get in, but I received a phone call that they had a cancellation. I understand the original long wait because they are highly professional, great customer service all around and give you as many answers they can upfront. The appointment was VERY informative and they really took the time to understand my dogs journey. I felt the price was reasonable for the service I received and I felt no pressure to make any big decisions on the next step. They even gave a follow up call to check in, which reminded me to write this 5 star review :)

First visit for my baby girl after waiting 2 years to get the appt.Dr. Palmeiro was very professional, answered all my questions giving me hope with my babies allergies. Lauren was also very professional kind and gentle with my baby. I know it will be a long journey for her to get better. I will post another review as her condition progresses.
