They were great for our little boy. First he needed emergency surgery after being bitten by another dog and he healed real well. Second he had a pain issue, which we’ll check with the specialist, and he was given great care.
I was very impressed with all who assisted Jax with us. A special thanks to Keeta who graciously helped us get an earlier appointment. Also thanks to Brandon who was very helpful.?. Dr Tracy was very helpful with his explanations of what could be wrong with Jax.
1st off I can not speak about the facility from the ER end of the practice. I am only reviewing the doctors Tracy and Bretz.My frenchie Mable had injured her spine, we can from Syracuse to have Dr Tracy do the procedure PLDA on mables spine. It's a laser procedure to protect the discs in the lumbar and thoracic regions of her spine. Dr Tracy is a sweet compassionate doctor, he took good care of Mables spine, he always called back if I had any questions. I stopped by the day of the procedure to check on mable he came right out to see me, he even brought her out to see me so I could relax and know she was in good health.While mable was there for the PLDA procedure she...read full review
