We had a slight issue with the system, the oil tank valve was left shut by the technician, which caused a malfunction with our system. We have used them for years but when my 93 year old grandfather needed to have his HVAC system replaced in the middle of a heat wave, we were concerned that it would take too long to get a company to come look at the system. Keith from Ultimate Comfort came out the same day, tried to correct the issue first but since it was a 25+ year old system, the HVAC needed to be replaced. Once it was determined that a replacement was needed, Keith made sure that the AC could get through the interim while the replacement was scheduled. During this entire process, Keith was sure to communicate with my family to ensure my grandfather was taken care of and stayed cool during the high temperatures. Once the new HVAC was installed, Keith made sure that my grandfather understood how to use the new digital thermostat and even made a second trip out to answer specific questions he had about it!
