“Everything was great until I picked up my new glasses. The girl didn't adjust my glasses correctly so I left how they were. They still slide down my nose. She didn't take them back and warm them before trying to adjust them. She hit the lenses with the tool. Just wasn't impressed with her.“

“Dr. Hartzell is very thorough and compassionate in her exams and surgery. However, I am adding that I think it is time for them to loosen their mask policy. Over this past year I have been seen by many different medical facilities and some places state that it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask. Others state still mandatory, however once inside and in the room with the doctors, they said I could remove my mask. The masks do not prevent the spread of COVID! Being vaccinated doesn’t prevent COVID or stop you from spreading the disease. Can we just get back to living our lives normally again? Plus mask wearing has increased eye infections.“
