“Called for repair due to temperature in the refrigerator side fluctuating between 38 and 50. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and asked about the issue, advised not to unplug the fridge.Technician came out within hours, friendly, professional, didn’t mind my barking dog. He opened the fridge and freezer, looked around and said he wouldn’t be able to repair it due to an electrical issue. He suggested that I call the manufacturer and did not charge for coming out.I called Frigidaire, someone from outside the country finally answered after going through the automated system and entering serial number etc., and the charge to come out would be 139.00, so I said I would call back to schedule, however, the fridge temp had stopped fluctuating and has remained at 38 since the Liberty tech’s visit last week.Service: Refrigerator repair“
