Not only did he fix my broken dryer quickly, but he also explained what was going on, why it broke, and how he was going to fix it. There was no money exchanged upfront. When it was time to discuss payment, he clearly explained the cost and reasons behind it before he fixed it. I cannot recommend his services enough. If I ever need to call another appliance repairman in the future, he's the only one I'll be calling."“
