Sean called to let me know what time he would arrive, very pleasant and professional. Fixed my refrigerator (fan) and my gas dryer in one call. Gave me some tips on easy maintenance. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to friends.
We had an amazing experience with Hauck Appliance and with our technician, Mike. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and understanding. He also spoke simply for us to understand the issues we were experiencing and was not condescending in any way. I highly recommend this company!!
