“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. Dennis and John did the job. They were friendly, professional, and personable. They covered everything and left my home clean. I wouldn't use anyone else.Services: A/C system repair“

Before moving into our home they performed a water test for us and gave a complete breakdown of what treatments our water would need to correct any unfavorable aspects of our well water. They helped to install a UV Light and water softener system that has worked perfectly. John and Eden were extremely professional and thorough with their installation and kept me informed through the whole process what was being done and finished their installation visit by walking me through how to operate the new water softener system. Was worried about having to keep checking the driveway because Avanti gave us a 4-hour arrival window when I booked yesterday, but they texted today to let me know when the plumber, Eric, was on his way. He walked me through solutions and even gave preliminary costs for fixtures/parts, so we'd have an idea of what we're looking at spending. David G texted when he was on his way and from the moment he entered the house, his professionalism and caring was displayed. I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. Clearing the clog was easy, and he presented me with some fixes that would shut down the system if a clog happened in the future (These should have been done with the original installation but were not). “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with. We cannot recommend Troy Kelius highly enough.“

He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater.
