“I have had the pleasure of having Santilli Oil Co as my supplier as well as servicing my 40 year old oil boiler, for 5 years now. From the start, Joe was very personable and honest. My oil tank needed a leg and he with a technician ended up fixing it as it is in a small celler and the only way to replace it would be to cut the tank into pieces, which getting a new one and placing it in the same area would of cost me thousands. Recently my 40 year old boiler needed a gasket fixed and it has needed it for a while. I postponed it as finances are tight like many others is because we are building back better under the byedone. Unfortunely after the removal of the gasket the metal plate that holds the coil looked like a rat chewed it and if they would have just put the gasket back it would of been a future disaster. Joe and Rodney worked diligently to get the boiler refurbished and it is as good as new. Even though the cost was so much more than expected mostly due to the labor it took to get the gasket off, and bleed the lines, which took a life of its own. The person I bought the house from decided not to put proper T's in place that led to one of my radiators, (just one of many things the seller of my house did wrong), Joe showed me everything and told me they would work with me to get the bill paid. Hallelujah, God is so good. I would recommend Santilli Oil Co. to anyone. They have proven in the five years I have used them that they really care and are willing to go above and beyond. I read other reviews and most of the negative ones are tenants who don't want to pay 3 cents more or $1.20 per fillup or felt that leaking pipes were part of their landlords service contract. Another felt that if the parts needed they could buy for less that a business which use warranted parts should only charge the cost of the part itself and ignore any mark up or the fact the parts just might not be home depot or lowes specials. SOme people no matter what will find fault with any business, no matter how good the service or honest the company is. I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Joe, Nick, and Rodney for caring and keeping my boiler not just working but now it is almost new again, and I know the cost of the repair is minimal in comparison to replacing it.
