Had no issues with Santilli. The customer service was excellent and knowledgable. They provided answers / solutions to any questions I had about how best to heat my home. Would recommend!

Times are very hard in the world. It makes me feel a lot better knowing their are people out there like Joe. He is so willing to help people and make sure you are satisfied with service. We have never had any issues with delivery not even in an ice storm. Joe is always available if you need to speak with him and fix an issue shall one arise. We had a new boiler installed and it wasn't an easy job in my old house. Joe,Jason, and, Rodney made it happen. I can't thank them enough. We have been customers for 7 years and will stay with them as long as they are around
