“I have used R&S in two houses for multiple projects. In my first home, they were the flooring contractor that our builder used for our hardwood. Over time we added hardwood to our family room and kitchen. Even though that wood was installed years later, everything "matched."We moved in 2020 into an older home that had hardwood floors throughout most of the house, though mostly they were "well-loved." Our first project was to remove a wall in between the kitchen and living room - and extend the hardwood from the living room through the kitchen and hallway. R&S feathered in the new hardwood with the old, and refinished everything to match - you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new begins.This year we had them sand and refinish two additional rooms on the first floor to match the kitchen. Their work was once again wonderful - you would not know the floors were finished at different times.Everyone we have worked with over the years has been professional, kind and knowledgable.
