Finding Envy Studio for my hair & makeup for my son's wedding was like finding a precious gem! Other salons I researched in the Lancaster area just did not compare to the genuine personal welcoming and communication exhibited by Maddie when I called for information. Appointments were easily accessible and fees realistic for the services I wanted.
I made an appointment with London for a pre wedding trial for hair/makeup. I was able to add a last-minute hair coloring without a problem. My results were beyond expectations!!
I've never received so many compliments on my new and improved hair color. The pre-trial hair/makeup day was a blast and I felt like a star with the results. My stylist London is extremely talented and personable. He listened to all of my preferences and had great suggestions too. London is truly an artist!!

My husband has been going to Enso for awhile to see Tu for his hair, and I decided to try the salon out. I am so glad that I did. It is such a friendly atmosphere and relaxing. I came in decently Timid but she immediately let me know that this was a safe space, and that she was here to help and walk me through my curl journey. Had a great experience getting my beard trimmed by Andrew. He managed to work me into his full week while I was in the area on vacation for the week. Conversation about our Lord and savior and other topics was easy and comfortable. Even the next client and my wife were included. I'll be sure to call earlier for an appointment before our visit to the area next October. I left with my beard looking much better according to my wife.

I took my kid’s to get haircuts at this barbershop ? and his the first barber that I take my autistic son that has patience for him.At other barbershops around Lancaster they even tell me not to bring him back and with Mr.Fran my son did nicely for his haircut and didn’t give me or the barber a hard time.Loved it and will be coming back highly recommend.

This was my first time at this salon and immediately upon entering, Tracy greeted me and asked what I’d like to get done and provided some suggestions. She was very pleasant and did an amazing job at fixing up my nails and with the design I showed her! I asked her to ‘clean up’ my eyebrows (which she did!) as I’ve been wary in the past since having most of my hair waxed off. She evened them out and I was on my way. Tracy took her time with my nails, which is evident. Thank you for being meticulous and caring. I will be back!

I rarely get my nails done, but I will drive 30+ minutes to go to Lovely Nails. Whenever I go, they dedicate the time to making your nails look nice. Any time I go, they meticulously detail my nails to avoid extra polish on the skin and take care to make sure you leave with quality service.
They’re also reasonable about getting appointments. Today, I called 45 minutes prior to my requested time and I was able to get an appointment. Steven, the owner, is super genuine and kind. If you plan to go, call ahead so that they can plan for you, otherwise your walk in may be declined.
I would definitely recommend going here in the future!

I've come to Q.IE Nail Spa three times now and each time the service has been outstanding. Today, my mom and I got pedicures and I got a gel manicure as well. Ivy and Jenny treated us so well and we loved the results. They go above and beyond for every service, paying attention to the close details too. I plan to continue coming here for the occasional self-care day in the future!

Studio 8 is the best!!! I booked them for my wedding day and I would book them again in a heart beat. I don't wear makeup much, so I was nervous about getting professional makeup done on such an important day. I ended up getting the airbrush makeup and loved it. It was light weight and lasted the whole night. HUGE thank you to the team, especially the two girls who were there on my wedding day to do our hair and makeup: KATE & KARA! I had my trial run with Kate as well and she was so helpful and easy to talk to about all of the decisions to make. Also had easy communication via email with two others on the team: Abbey & Maili. Definitely book Studio 8 they are a no-stress team to have on your wedding day!

While on a visit to Lancaster, I decided to stop by to get my eyebrows cleaned up. My daughter had booked an appointment with Riley previous to my visit, so I checked for availability for an appointment for me. Luckily, there was one available after hers. Perfect!We had a 4:30 appointment time on a Wednesday. The spa is located in a strip mall. There is ample parking directly in front of the spa; no problems finding a stall. When you walk into the spa, the atmosphere is cute and fun. Pictures of legendary icons: Marilyn Monroe, Brigette Bardot, and Audrey Hepburn with big gum bubbles adorn the walls. A neon sign stating, “You’re like really pretty” above the checkout desk certainly brought a small to my face. Riley, our aesthetician checked us in and brought us over to her station. It is a heavenly reclined chair(?) with a fuzzy cover was DIVINE to lay on. I’m not kidding. I repeatedly said that I want one for my house. Once in place, Riley asked about my eyebrow goals. She worked diligently and was a joy to speak with. Not gonna lie, I felt no pain or discomfort while she cleaned up my brows. She is very good. Once finished, I was given a mirror to check out her work. It looked like my eyes got a mini lift! I am very happy with her work. Riley also did a great job with my daughter’s brows, too!Would I definitely come back? Absolutely! Do I recommend? Resounding yes! I wish I could have tried out the other services, but my visit to Lancaster was short and already packed with other activities. Thank you, Riley for a wonderful brow waxing!
My first float was a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly the entire center felt incredibly clean and welcoming. The float space itself was so relaxing, and I enjoyed the light color options and the volume control for music. I will definitely be returning.

I took the two day in person course with Jaime and although it seems a bit pricey, you’d be crazy not to! She taught me more in two days than I learned in 6 months in beauty school. She is very experienced and trustworthy. And not only is she an amazing educator but she made me so comfortable and confident in myself! 11/10 and definitely worth it!!

Walked in with 4 people as soon as they opened, was out within 3 hours. Very reasonably priced and extremely good line work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to just walk in and get some good tattoo work done.

I just got my nipples pierced by Dutch, the most pleasant experience I ever had. I did disclose I had my nipples pierced wrong before, he reassured me and definitely fixed it! Everything was sterile and sanitary, he is very knowledgeable on piercing etiquette, overall I highly recommend Dutch, I will be coming back!

Chuck is wonderful! My daughter got her nose pierced last year, and he was so patient with her, explained the whole process. He made sure she agreed to placement, and double/triple checks. She got the other side of her nose pierced and he remembered her, and she was already comfortable with him from the previous year. He treated her with compassion and respect as going through the process again. Explains aftercare thoroughly as well. Front desk staff is also very kind, and talkative to customers! Great job crew! Got my nose done for my 33rd day and I have to say they were the best. A week or two later I went out of town and got my Monroe done and wished i would have waited to get home and let my girl do it.

Their help and service was prompt, competent and focused on repair of defective parts; only when our twelve year old water heater could no longer be repaired did they recommend a new unit.Bob and his son Blake removed the damaged heater and installed a new and better quality unit in a couple of hours.They left our apartment in a clean and functional state. I have used Stephen Daniels Electrical for all my electrical needs in my Lancaster City home, from porch lights to wiring a new bathroom. Recently, Henry and Matt met me on-time for a scheduled appointment to put up an electric ring pro flood light on my garage. Overall, their customer service and technical skills were stellar. In today’s world, Henry’s customer service was excellent, going the extra mile to explain, showing me about my product [for which he was knowledgeable] and answering my questions in a helpful manner. Matt seemed to be an attentive assistant. Both Henry and Matt were cordial, respectful, and professional. In a short time, my product was up, after Henry troubleshooted a siding issue, and working with no glitches. Hey Steve Daniels, these young men are “keepers.” By the way, while I am at it, over the years, my numerous contacts with Morgan with different electrical jobs, appointments and information have been absolutely wonderful. She is so pleasant, understanding and thorough. What a great team!
I just had lights installed on my high ceilings. The electricians arrived on time. They even removed their shoes and reviewed the job scope thoroughly. They gave me an estimated completion time and began right away. They worked diligently throughout the day and entertained my numerous questions.On a scale of 1-10, I give them an 11. These guys were outstanding. I would personally hire these guys for my organization. They are all professional, fun, honest, and take their job seriously while still engaging.They covered my floors, walls, and stairs. There was no dust, and no touch-up paint was needed. They finished ahead of time and provided me a thorough review of the lights and how to make them "SMART."I would definitely rehire them. I did some estimates, and they were substantially lower than other companies.
I called Torres Electric after another electrician quoted me 4k to replace a heater that was “beyond repair”. The electrician who came by and diagnosed the issue to find a relatively simple fix which he handled within 2 hours for a fraction of the price. The heater works perfectly now and I’m very happy with the service. I know who to call for electrical work in the future

I called late morning and received a phone call back almost immediately. An appointment was set up for the same day and two gentlemen, Vincent and George, came out on time.

Installers phoned ahead. Arrived when expected. Used material to protect wooden floors. Two men worked as a team, no standing around idle. Due to narrow doorways they removed handles the took old refrigerator out, placing it in the basement as my backup. Then efficiently installed the new refrigerator, discussed the value of an extended warranty and provided instruction on temperature settings and filter replacements. A fantastic experience!

So I'm not sure if I should be giving our cleaning company a review but if so and if this helps anyone that is considering using us I would highly recommend. I thought I knew all about cleaning and I thought from my last job we had the best cleaning chemicals till I started this job. Clean works use the best cleaning chemicals out there. I don't even have to wear a mask when using the chemicals cause there not potent. We take pride in our work. I can't speak for everyone's work as I am new and just getting around to some accounts but for the ones I have seen do cleaning they are Good. Also, The staff here is amazing and so are the cleaners. These guys did a tremendous job fully painting our existing siding. We were apprehensive about painting rather than replacing but it turned out awesome. Even with a few “rain-delays”, everything turned out great! Some before and after photos!

The Duffs came to my house at the worst time in my life after a devastating fire. They had to rebuild my entire house from the foundation up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Duff family went above and beyond to get us back in our house in record time even with all the material shortages and long deliveries for windows and doors. Highly recommend - Russ did a fantastic job. He came to give me a free estimate and he prioritized the work I needed to have done in a very clear way. We set up to fix the more immediate issues and he was able to move me up in his queue when he had a cancellation. He knew rain was coming later in the week and was kind enough to give me priority when he had the time. Such a fair price and incredibly helpful with my (new to me) VERY old farmhouse. We had two dormers installed in our garage by Zephyr Thomas. Josh Lapham came to our house, took measurements, provided the estimate, and detailed drawings. The project was completed in about a week and the work was done very professionally. We are very happy with the final product and with the entire process.

Twin Mar did an excellent job finishing our basement. We wanted to add an exterior entrance and they got us exactly what we wanted. The attention to detail and communication through out the project was spot on. We will definitely be using Twin Mar for future projects.

Despite the challenges of dealing with zoning and stormwater management in the City of Lancaster, Mike stayed positive and got the job done. With only a three foot walkway to get to our backyard, he and his employees brought in many tons of stone, brick, block, and topsoil by wheelbarrow to make our backyard dream come true. I made my first appointment with Dr. Matt a few months ago. I was honest with him and his staff that going to the dentist terrified me because of previous dental experiences. I had not been to the dentist in years because of it. Within a few months, my dental work was up to date. The dental service I receive here feels more personal, which I appreciate. The entire staff at Dr. Matt’s office is kind and thorough with their work. Zoey, the patient greeter, always shows me her toys and sometimes shares them with me.

Literally the kindest team of humans I have ever encountered. From the desk to the doctors. I started with them 6 years ago after being scarred from a botched wisdom teeth surgery. I fell off again after a few appointments and they never once judged me when I returned, just voiced concern. Recently, I had to have a minor procedure which included Novocain. As a child, I had to have almost all of my teeth removed because they didn’t fall out on their own. I can’t count the amount of times I had needles in my mouth. I went in confidently but turned into a ball of nerves the second I sat in the chair. When I tell you how KIND the hygienist and doctor were.. so unbelievably compassionate and patient. I was visibly shaking and the doctor kept talking to me, telling me to breathe and would work based off of my cues. The hygienist was also an absolute saint. They are a small office and they do get booked out for months. I understand why. Why would you want to go anywhere else??? Thank you for being incredible, you all deserve so much more recognition than I can give.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jim for nearly 3 years now. When I moved to Central PA from Philadelphia suburbs I needed to find a provider to replace my previous chiropractor of whom is seen exclusively for the prior 10 years. I burnt through several who could not provide me with the relief of my swimmers shoulder and cervical issues. After searching for certidied ART providers in my area Dr. came up on the list and his qualifications are top notch. I decided to give the office a try and to drive over an hour to get care. I am so glad that I did because Dr. Jim was the only provider who was able to provide relief for my issues. After a set of a few visits, I was pain-free and now only visit the office for maintenance and upkeep. This office is located in a large gym, but the facility is extremely clean And professional. unlike many of the other pro providers, Dr. Jim takes his time to listen and always does thorough adjustments along with soft tissue work to Make sure that I leave feeling better than when I came in. He has a pretty busy practice, but he always takes his time as compared to other providers who run a clinic setting and give you those 2 to 3 minute adjustments and before sending you on your way. I have a sports medicine background, and can pretty much say with confidence that this practice is amongst the best around if not in this state of PA. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr Reis and his staff. I was currently a patient the time of a severe Impingement of a nerve root. The constant pain of my leg wasn’t a 10 but more like a 15 the took me to the ER twice and during this I could hardly walk. I remember seeing a pamphlet in the waiting room on laser therapy for pain. I was willing to try anything to help and so I tried it and I am painfree of all the nerve pain. I also continued with chiropractic. I highly recommend Dr Reis

There is not enough good things to say about this entire office. Dr Brod Diagnosed my 6 year old daughter with a rare tumor on her retina. As scary as that sounds he helped walk us through the whole meaning/outcome ...everything he could to help ease us. anytime we had questions, his office staff would help us find answers so quickly. His nurse is so wonderful she puts our daughter at ease every time, and Dr. Brod is her hero, my daughter wants to be an eye Dr. like him she says because he helped her see again :) I would recommend this office to anyone! Not only do they have extremely amazing bed side manner, but they kept us updated during the surgery and after. He is a very great knowledgeable surgeon.
Just had Moh's surgery yesterday -- basal cell carcinoma on my nose. Dr. J. Hebel did my procedure. She was very professional, efficient, and kind. She explained the surgery and options for healing/wound care very well, and I found her to be a skilled dermatological surgeon. The nursing, med tech, and ancillary staff were all pleasant and helpful. As a retired Physician Assistant, I understand how a medical office should operate; and these folks do an excellent job. A special shout out to Sally, the medical technician with whom I spent the most time and a thank you to the receptionist whose warm smile and willingness to help made my visit perfect from beginning to end!
Steph is a miracle worker! not only that, but her bedside manner is second to none. She really takes her time to explain what she is doing and how it will benefit. She is very aware of the environment and how it affects her clients. I felt very well taken care of, and would recommend her to anyone.

I take both my dog and cat to Manheim Pike Veterinary clinic and their metro pet vet location. The vets and staff are fantastic. I have had my dog neutered with them and I take my animals in for yearly checks ups and vaccines. Myself and my animals have only ever had positive experiences with them and I highly recommend them!

I have 2 unsocialized feral cats. Somehow Dr. Daub is able to come in to my house and gently humanely catch them, evaluate them and know what to do. She is so so competent. So wise. I am so lucky to have her as my vet!

I live in NYC and bring my pup to Neffsville when I come to visit my family. I like the groomers as well as the vet side. The staff is so friendly even though Bogey can be feisty. The vets answer all my questions in terms I can understand. The vet techs and staff at the desks are also helpful and kind. Seems like a good place to work and that reflects in their service towards owners. Bogey comes here for check ups/vaccines, dental visits, ACL surgery.

Froelsy had 6/17dental; 6 extractions - 5 expected, 1 not b/c it only showed on radiograph which we were informed could disclose unforseen probs to human eye. 1hr of surg; fee less than lowre guesstimate (were given low & high); itemized print out. Intake smooth, efficient; Dr Battah called w/ post surg follow-up; Discharge instructions thorough re/ protocol for next 5-7 days; pain meds for 5 days; HT called day after surg to ck on Froelsy. Follow up visit in 2 wks. Don't see how negative surg work could be an issue UNLESS ppl don't follow post surg instructions, animal does something it shouldn't, or healing ability is compromised/slow.

My client sent me pictures of her dog in the office on muzzle looking calm and comfortable… Here is what she texted to me, “Dr. Le was able to do a thorough exam on him. His nurse was very calm and patient with him. She was by his side the whole time and he even laid down for his Xray. And when I told them that (our dog) can be reactive with strangers, they told me to call when I got there and they would bring us in the side/back way. He did great entering the quiet hallway instead of a lobby. I would definitely recommend them for reactive dogs! ❤️”. Owning a reactive dog is such a struggle, emotionally and physically, so getting this kind of review from one of my clients Just warms my heart to no end! I will definitely be recommending them to All of my clients with Reactive dogs!
I am happy with today's visit, but she is still having problems. I wish they would have opened on their daily schedule at least 2 appointments for more urgent appointments. Great staff. I misunderstood we were not seeing a Dr.
Always friendly. Willing to check anything out that you have a problem with. Very good with the dogs. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I called atleast 12 different places and they were the only ones that would take my rabbit in on emergency. They were kind and were very helpful. They gave me options and plenty of time for me to call my wife and discuss those options. Very professional. I will not go to any other vet
I have spent several years hopping around different vets in the lancaster area and I am SO happy I have finally found a place I love and will be staying with for pet care! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is absolutely amazing - I had to come in many times over several weeks for my cats wound care and Dr. Purvis was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured over things and she always was helpful and walked through what was going on with my cat’s care and improvement. I also had to bring in my kids several times and they have a play area and were extremely accommodating. I brought my 5 month old in each time and the ladies were always so helpful with getting me to my vehicle or being a helping hand. It can be stressful as a mom needing to take your children places and they were so kind and caring I truly appreciate it. I wish I found hempfield animal hospital years ago!

The intro class was so amazing! Got into a zen and it was over way too quickly! Didn’t sign up the day of but I could not stop thinking about it after I left! I could feel each muscle that was targeted which was sore but not so sore that I couldn’t move at work! I just signed up can’t wait to go back!

Christine is amazing. She has been helping my son for over two years now. We originally visited for intense back pains he was experiencing. He couldn’t walk without pain. Physical therapy wasn’t helping. So I tried Christine. After one session with her, my son was pain-free. And yes. I know. I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. She addressed the source of the problem not just the area that hurt him. She gives fantastic suggestions on proper stretches and has tremendously helped my growing, heavy into sports son stay healthy physically. I will be forever grateful that we have her to help with the injuries and pains that sports might throw our way.
Kim gives the best massage I have had in 15 years of routinely getting massages. For the first time in years, I am able to exercise without feeling back pain. I feel 10 years younger. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and will continue to go monthly. Highly recommended!

Recommended through my VA to help with my health issues. I have not been to any massage therapy in a long time. Julie has been very helpful in explaining what works and making me feel relaxed while there. She explains everything in detail. She sets the mood with calming music and essential oils of your choosing. I can't give her enough credit for all she has done to help me so far and will continue in the future. I highly recommend her for all your ailments or even your stress from your daily work environment. I believe everyone should at least come monthly maintenance for your body so you can relax. I’ve been seeing Keith consistently, every two weeks for years. I cannot rave about him enough. My experience each time is wonderful. He genuinely cares about what he does and it shows in his craft. He is so skilled at what he does. Regular massages have kept me out of shoulder surgery, enhanced my recovery from strength training and helped my overall wellbeing. Keith is honestly THE BEST.
Surely there had to be somewhere that I could realize some relief from the constant chronic pain throughout my upper back. At age 79 I had about given up but by some miracle I was referred to Serenity Massage and the incredibly gifted touch of Kimberly Griffith. I have no idea how she is able to separate her gift of pain relief from the numerous other places I have visited but I am not going to question it After my first massage I attended a social event that same night and was amazed how much more enjoyable life could be without pain. Eve is a miracle worker. I prefer a massage that I can tell is effective not just a light massage for relaxation. Most notably, I was dealing with achilles tendinitis pain for 6 months that was majorly restricting my lifestyle. Eve started muscle scraping for me and I'm feeling 100% better. This is after unsuccessful attempts by my chiro and podiatrist.I continue to see her frequently to work on other minor issues I encounter.HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a LMT who listens to your concerns and really works to improve your condition.

I have been taking aqua therapy for over a year. The heated pool is soothing for muscle aches, and makes exercising much easier. A hydraulic chair makes it possible to lift me in and out of the pool. Daulton, Niki and Kelli are caring, professional, and made me feel like family!
Melissa is a consummate professional. She helped me with my knee surgery 5 years ago and really worked with me to achieve full range of motion. Recently, I started having shoulder pain. After going to PT with a local venue I was continuing to have pain so I decided I needed to find Melissa. She figured out what I needed to work on and totally made me feel confident in using my shoulder again. She knows her craft and can really zero in on what needs to happen.
