Had original EH Gochnauer dishwasher installation team here one week ago. With first dishwashing cycle, there was a slow leak at the valve transitioning from original copper line to the new stainless steel line to the dishwasher. I called their after hours line, then dispatcher Liz on Monday. If I could give Jason 10 stars I would. He was tremendous. Came out on a emergency call for us when heat went out. Very professional and very personable. Need more workers like him. Wonderful company to do business with. Our service technician Jason was excellent! Very kind, courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail about our dishwasher install. Will definitely be using them for our future needs.
