Recommended through my VA to help with my health issues. I have not been to any massage therapy in a long time. Julie has been very helpful in explaining what works and making me feel relaxed while there. She explains everything in detail. She sets the mood with calming music and essential oils of your choosing. I can't give her enough credit for all she has done to help me so far and will continue in the future. I highly recommend her for all your ailments or even your stress from your daily work environment. I believe everyone should at least come monthly maintenance for your body so you can relax. Julie does a fantastic job of targeting the areas where I hold all of my tension. Somehow she is able to loosen up my neck and shoulder muscles like no one else. She also educates me about how different areas of the body are related, which I find very interesting. I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for!

Back to Wellness, LLC is my go to for massages. Julie takes the time to talk to you and works hard on the problem areas. I always feel much better when my massage is over and look forward to my next visit. She is bursting with positivity and great at suggesting ideas to help maintain wellness.
