“Outstanding work! I’m a new customer of theirs, and I dropped off a queen sized blanket to get cleaned after 2 years of use. This is a slightly expensive imported blanket with an unusual construction so I was a bit worried about damage as the blanket can be very temperamental while cleaning. “Outstanding and loyal customer service. I paid for my 10 childhood teddy bears to be dry cleaned.. All are sentimental, and one was handmade for me. Add in a 2 yr hiatus for my return due to illness. I didn’t even call during that period. On the rebound, I called to see if they still had my childhood comforts. THEY DID!!

He also placed them in a nice storage bag. They are now back home and are still smiling— so am I :)

“Absolutely amazing, won’t go anywhere else. I had a custom suit made for my wedding and in preparation dropped it off to be pressed before the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day where an espresso martini was spilled on me and cause quite a bit of damage. I dropped the suit off with limited hope, but was ecstatic to see the result. A conversation was shared regarding the effort that was put into cleaning the suit and white shirt - 3 times through the process, but was still only charged the normal fee. This place is incredible and fair!“

Franklin Cleaners called to remind him about his dry cleaning still being there in July 2021. He finally mentioned to me in January 2022 that he might still have clothes there. I was sure that they wouldn't have held onto them for nearly a year, but I was wrong. Franklin Cleaners still had them and were super kind and understanding when I went to pick them up. Technically we don't live in this neighborhood anymore, but I'll be making an effort going forward to use Franklin Cleaners anyway because of this thoughtful experience.“
