Great service with new owners. Turn around time is quick- usually about 2-3 days but if you're in a pinch and can bring it ASAP in the morning, they can get it done by the end of the evening. AWESOME tailoring and alterations- have brought bridesmaid dresses and long formal gowns that have been fitted perfectly. They do leather/suede like UGGs and jackets/coats- they do not come out looking brand new bc well duh, leather/suede wears as it normally does. But def comes out cleaner and refreshed than before. My UGGs had salt stains from the winter that were cleaned off. Honestly saved me from throwing out and buying a new pair. I've also brought tablecloths, napkins, sheets, comforters- all cleaned with no harsh smells. The older lady doesn't speak the best English but the middle aged lady (I think is the new owner) is super sweet, honest, and realistic about expectations. Recommend to anyone in the area!

Very good customer service!! my jacket was done well, on time, and not too expensive. The lady that helped me was a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend :)

I love this business. I am always pleased with the quality of the cleaning. The ladies are helpful, pleasant, professional and delightful to deal with. Ashbourne Cleaners is a jewel in the neighborhood.
