“LIFESAVERS! My daughter got grease on her bubblegum pink prom dress that she hasn't even worn yet. In a panic I went into Earls asking if they could help. The gentleman looked over the dress said that it could not be dry cleaned and took the dress into the back for a few minutes. When he came back out the grease was GONE!! The owner is very honest and let me know the stains on my shirts may not come out since they were tough stains (oil marks) but to my surprise they were able to get them out! “I recently got my blanket dry cleaned here since my puppy had an accident on it! The owner was very sweet and wanted to even see a picture of my puppy when I told her what happened. I got my blanket back a week and a half later and it was puppy accident free! She even took off some pilling it looks like. Very sweet woman and fair prices! Would go back again!“

Several years ago she made me a denim skirt from 2 old pairs of jeans! It is better than one you could buy in an expensive boutique.All of this and she and her staff are the nicest people! “After getting married I was very hesitant to send my beloved and custom wedding gown out for cleaning through the bridal salon, so I started to search for a local cleaner that could preserve it. Signature Cleaners was one of the only places I could find nearby with excellent reviews and quality preservation listed on their site. I am so glad that I found them and used their museum preservation. They are professional, kind, and I felt comfortable that I could trust them to take care of my dress. I am so impressed with how they have cleaned and preserved my gown, after sitting for a year and a half in a plastic dress bag I was worried about stains and discoloration, but my dress looks beautiful. They go over details instructions with how to keep your dress in pristine condition, it's clear they love what they do and are dedicated to excellent customer service. I would recommend them 100 times over anywhere else and will certainly use them again in the future for any special items.“

Not only did my shirt come out perfect and was done the same day, but my receipt said “Paid for by a customer- Thank you for your service” and I was charged nothing. This made my day.
